I am the admin for a nonprofit that hosts a lot of free meetings for families whose children have special needs. I am getting feedback from attendees saying that they are having trouble logging in. Many are not authenticated Zoom users, I do not require that in my settings. Sorry, I don't have any info on the type of device they are using, their brower, or error messages beyond one person telling me that when they tried to sign into a meeting, using their attendee link, they were prompted to register.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what could be happening?
