Annotate on a PowerPoint you are sharing

I was in a meeting and saw a presenter that was able to allow his participants to write using annotation directly on a PPT. I can not for the life of me figure out how to do it. Please advise.

Hello @CO12

First you must launch or start the PPT program. Then while you are in meeting click on the share button at the bottom of the Zoom Meeting window > the share screen will appear and one of the applications in the tile list will be the PPT program that you have running in the background > then while sharing the PPT click annotate and then choose how you wish to annotate. I will provide a couple of screen shots below to help you visualize how this would look in a meeting.

Below is the floating share screen navigation bar where you click on annotate.

after you click annotate you will have these options on whether to draw or place an arrow on your PPT files.

Hope that this helps.
