Access to old data

I need access to data from My account. Recordings that a client is asking for. I no longer have a pro account because I don’t need it anymore. How can I get in touch with a human being behind the guardian chat bot!

Cloud recordings should still be available on your account, but access to them is tied to having a paid account. If you upgrade your account to Pro again, you should regain access to those recordings.

This is such cringe customer service.  Obvious poor solution zoom.  Do better instead of looking like a struggling company that needs $15 more dollars to make it through the next quarter.    Embarrassing you have this viewable to public. 

"I no longer have a pro account because I don’t need it anymore." is what the person said.  What they need is their data.  I'm sure they prefer not to pay for another month of service for the sole purpose of retrieving their  data.  This should not be made difficult or unpleasant for the customer.
