1 license, several hosts

Currently we have one account with Zoom.  There are eight employees who schedule meetings and should be listed as the host for these meetings.  The host currently defaults to the account holders name and picture.  Can I update so that each user has their own profile?

As you might imagine, a multi-user, single license model would not be a very profitable one, and Zoom would not be in business long if everybody was able to purchase a single license and anybody in their organization could freely use it, and was still able to personalize their profile.

The terms of service describe a single license for a single user. So, the answer to your question is, you're not able to personalize the account per user when each user is sharing a single account.

If the meetings are less than 40 minutes in duration you could create multiple Basic (free) accounts, or you could purchase enough licenses for each employee.
