webinar missing

The scheduled webinar on our page has suddenly disappeared and we are unable to locate it. This is causing a major inconvenience for us as we have not yet approved a large number of guests for the event.

PDF file not showing

I have attached two PDF files (200K each) to a session in an event. I have published the event. When I go to the front end and look at the session detail, I do not see the files. Thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?Thanks
