I have a new Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio with two usb-c ports. Neither one sees my ATEM video output on the normal USB-C cable... it should appear as a simple webcam. It DOES see an HDMI source (e.g. a camcorder) via a Camlink 4k via a USB-A > USB-C jumper cable.
My Lenovo laptop works fine with either the ATEM USB-C video input or the Camlink 4k via its USB-A port OR its USB-C port, using the same jumper cable.
Any thoughts would be hugely appreciated. Thanks, Robin
