When guest registers

Hello all! 

 

I would love someone to assist me. I am not receiving email notifications when a guests registers for my webinars.

Hello @MareeWhite ,

 

I would suggest editing your webinar from the web portal, then under the Invitation tab click Edit in the Registration Settings section, to make sure "Send email to host when someone registers" is checked under Notification.

You also should send yourself a test email. It's easy enough for a typo to creep into your email address (,com instead of .com anyone?) and this is a good check on the system.
