Hello everyone,

in my last event there was a lot of problems during the session, we already bought the event plan to make sure that everything works smoothly.

First Problem, when the host spotlight his account on screen, all the attendees and panelists should see the account that is spotlighted, but unfortunately the attendees were seeing the screen duplicated, the spotlighted account and the panelist that have his camera on.

 

The second problem is with all updated version of zoom on IPHONE'S. Everyone that had the zoom updated for the last version, was watching the meeting in a small screen cropped and not clear at all.

I on occasion experience the cropped issue on my iPhone when joining a webinar. If I turn the phone landscaped it is fine, but when in portrait it is that partial screen. The only thing I've found to improve it is to leave the webinar, close the Zoom app, and connect again.
