Webinar Capacity Best Practice

MBDACFP
Listener

Hello, Our webinar license is 1,000. We have almost 900 registered and expect to top 1,000.  We know not everyone will show up, but I'd like to convince my boss that upgrading temporarily  is a good idea in case people share the link or join from more then one device, etc.  Does anyone have best practices I can share to help my case? So many thingks can go wrong that I have no control over.  This we have control over and its easy to mitigate in advance. Thanks!

Hi MBDACFP,

You can increase your licensing to cover the overage you may have, or you can consider overflowing the webinar to a livestream.  You can edit your existing webinar to allow this feature.  I've included a screenshot for you to see where this can be done.   This link explains the process.  Managing-webinar-live-stream-redirect   We have other support documents on the Livestreaming.  Just search by that topic.

If this has solved your concern, please consider marking as solution accepted to help others.

Thank you,

Nancy
