Webinar Add-On - Do meeting links transfer?

ebridgen
Listener

Hello,

One of our departments recently purchased the Webinar add-on. Prior to purchasing the add-on they had several meetings already set up and meeting links on attendees' calendars. Now that the webinar add-on is in place, do they have to recreate those meeting links as webinars, or will the current links work properly?

Hi @ebridgen

You can convert Meetings to Webinars.

If you go into the Edit screen for one of your Meetings - you will see a "Convert this Meeting to a Webinar" option.

Hi @ebridgen

Well existing Meetings do not need to be adjusted to utilize a new Large Meeting add-ons. Other than if you have registration enabled, and have a registration limit set to your meeting capacity limit. That can be adjusted without impact.

Rupert,

Does this work similarly for those with the Large Meeting add-on?
