I have been conducting paid webinar classes since 2021, and took a break at the end of the summer. Now that I'm going to start up again, I've noticed the option under registration no longer exists. The only option I have is a check box to confirm if registration is required or not. I've checked my account settings and my Paypal account is still connected.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Hey @Furran76, according to our KB 'Configuring Zoom Webinar with PayPal', this feature is currently being rolled out to all accounts with webinar licenses. If you do not have the option shown in the instructions below, contact Zoom Support.
