Stacking 2 Large Meeting packs

Swallow15

Hi There,

We have an event that we estimate will have around 1300 people signing on. The Large Meeting packs only go to 1000 people, and a 3000 person webinar is just way out of our price range. Can we stack a 1000 and a 500 participant large meeting pack? Or what is the alternative?

Hello,

I do not think stacking is allowed. I suggest you contact sales.

The other option you have us to allow a certain number to join the session inside of Zoom and have the rest watch a live stream from Zoom to another platform.

Not ideal for inclusivity of attendees joining late and analytics, but you can overflow to a live stream.

Alternatively, you can encourage groups of people to attend in Zoom Rooms if they are in the office.
