Inviting a panelist while webinar has started

Is there an easier way to invite a panelist?  Can zoom generate a separate panelist link to join?

Hello Diana, method are you currently inviting your panelists? There are a couple of different methods you can either forward the  attendee a meeting link then promote them to panelists:

Promoting an attendee to panelist

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. Start a webinar as the host.
  3. Click Participants 
     

     

  4. Click the Attendees tab.
  5. Hover over the name of the attendee you want to promote and click More.
  6. Select  promote to panelists
  7. Click Promote to panelist.

Another option is to manually add the panelist (this will send them a separate link)

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Webinars
  3. Click the topic of the webinar you want to add panelists to
  4. On the Invitations tab at the bottom of the page, find the Invite panelists section and click Edit.
  5. Enter name and email address to invite and select Save and send  invitation to newly invited panelist.

@Happytohelp123Thanks for reply. I try to add name and email adress of the panelist, click save but nothing hapening. I haven't any info that sth is wrong and I can't add panelist while webinar is working. Yesterday I had could add like always.
