Attendee unable to access the webinar via the link


I am experiencing issues whereby attendees who have successfully registered for a webinar and received their links are unable to login to the webinar as it continuously asks them to register. Nothing has changed from the day registrations opened to date and they should be able to access by clicking on their link but this is not the case. 3 of the attendees have come back and said they continuously just kept attempting to log in and they were eventually allowed in. Please can you investigate as not all attendees will continuously attempt, some try up to 10 times and this is ridiculous as we then have to host our webinars with just the few who managed to get on? This is extremely frustrating to us as admin staff as we are not able to offer adequate assistance and just as frustrating to our learners who are needing to attend these online training webinars.
