We upgraded to allow 100+ participants, but for the first 15-20 minutes of our call today, it kept it right at 100, no matter how many we admit. All of a sudden, a huge influx of attendees appeared at once.
Why did this happen? Will it happen again or will it instantly allow 100+ in our calls?
Your meetings should allow what ever capacity your have a license for right form the beginning. If this happens again, please contact support to report the issue. Otherwise, expect that your full capacity should be available right form the beginning of your meetings.
