Yearly to monthly

Hello, I just purchased yearly subscription and somehow I want to get a refund and then change it into monthly subscription. However the problem is that I made something terrible mistake and I cannot get a refund.

 

Now, I am trying to email to the support team to get a refund. Is there any solutions for that?
