Account has been hacked, rogue users have been added.

Dear Zoom Tech Support,

 

My Zoom account has been hacked. My main admin email is ***********, but last month or two months ago someone hacked my Zoom account and I'm having weird email users added, plus an attempt to upgrade my account to Zoom Business Class with 10 licenses, resulting in a monthly bill of $200 a month. I canceled that plan and downgraded to the single host plan for $150 a year. The rogue users are still there, so I want them gone and completely removed from my account, leaving only me as the sole owner of the account. May you please help me fix this account and refund me, Zoom Tech Support?

They will evaluate and assist as required.
