Hi,

We made our payment, but we get an error that it has not been paid.

 

 Could you help please.

"Your account has an outstanding balance of $342.00 due. If you do not pay your balance you will revert to a Basic plan. You will lose access to all paid features and cloud recording. Click here to pay your outstanding invoice(s) or click here for chat."
