Hi @DW3

What type of account do you have (Basic/Pro, Business, EDU, Gov) and do you know whether your account has authentication profiles configured?

Some of our customers are requiring that users are signed into Zoom to attend meetings, as opposed to simply having the meeting ID and passcode.

Below are a few articles that can help understand options on how to join a meeting.  If you have questions specific to your organization you may want to check with your IT administrator to understand your organization's meeting security requirements.
