account upgrade


Hi, Zoom

I need the information about upgrading subscription from Pro to Business. and I have already subscribed to the Pro account for a year (annual plans) and now I have a plan to upgrade for a business account. so, do I have to pay the rest of the price? or I will get two billing for Pro and Business separated?

Hey @PLN_DIV_APR, to change your Zoom plan you will need to be the owner of the account to do so. You can go to which you will be able to edit your plans or add new ones!
