Channels disappear

Hi thereI've got a problem. My recent channels have disappeared from the list of channels. How can I find/restore them?

Only Administrator can accept updates

I got a notification there were updates available for my Zoom. I am the Owner. When I tried to update, I got a notification that I had to be the Administrator in order to receive the Zoom updates. Can I not update my Zoom when I am the owner?

Video Backgrounds and Filters

Hi, I do not have access the backgrounds and filters. I tried to add backgrounds but Zoom indicated my computer does not have the capacity to handle this feature. Is there work around or am I going something wrong. Thank you.
