Zoom requires me to enter a verification code in order to access my admin account. However, the code was sent to the email account that I can't access anymore as it is no longer active.

Hi Rajanya, 

I can't log in to the portal as I am required to enter the verification code sent to registered email. However  the said email account that was sent has already been deactivated.

@Esperma1  If you are the owner of the account and are unable to sign in due to your email address us being deactivated, please log a problem with Zoom Support at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new so they can further assist you with this issue.

 

If you are a member of the account, you may get the owner/admin to update your email address from Zoom portal under Admin>User
