yesterday (Jan 5, 2023) I applied for a refund for the plan that I had canceled. but until now Zoom has not sent money to my bank account. precisely today (Jan 6, 2023) Zoom withdraws again the money in my bank account automatically which I don't even know it is on what payment, can I get my money back?

different countries have different banking regulations. generally, if the bank transfer was unauthorized, you may be able to ask your bank reverse the bank transfer and block future transfers.

Please to assist me as well. I cancelled my subscription in March. Yet Zoom continues to withdraw $17 April, May and again in June. I'm upset but what is more annoying I can't seem to get assistance only some robotic answer.
