CHarged twice as much for ZOom pro plan with no warning or explantation. Can't get help from zoom.


I was just charged twice as much for Zoom pro plan  as when I signed up, with no warning or explanation. Can't get help from zoom. Who do I turn to to understand what's happening and how to get a refund for the discrepancy They have no one to help.

Because this is a public forum, we do not handle billing related questions here. Please submit a support ticket to Zoom’s Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.


If possible, include screen shots of the two invoices to help them know what they need to look at.
