Request for Refund
Dear Zoom Support Team,
I recently purchased a Zoom Pro subscription on September 30 but mistakenly selected the annual plan instead of the monthly plan. I would like to kindly request a cancellation and refund for the annual payment.
I have not used Zoom Meetings since the purchase.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this request and look forward to your confirmation.
