Earlier I had a switch option on my account where in i cud switch from my laptop to mobile and vice versa during a current meeting.. that option disappeared after i upgraded my device.. how can i restore it back
I recently created a program to sync contacts from our CRM system into Zoom Phone as External Contacts. This works great, but it has the problem of making it difficult to search for internal extensions in the directory. It's not so much a problem on the Zoom Workplace app, but it is an issue on our desk phones (Yealink). For example, if I search the directory for 'Jason', it shows the max results of 200, which doesn't include the internal extension for Jason. Searching the full name doesn't return a result, when it did before syncing the external contacts. Is there any way to prioritise internal contacts in the search so they are returned before external contacts? If there is a way to amend the LDAP search filter to only show internal users, that would be a suitable solution too.

I have a Zoom account and Fathom apparently comes with it. I want Fathom to automatically start recording on all of my Zoom meetings - It automatically starts on some of them, but most of the time when I start a Zoom, Fathom does not. In those cases I want to turn Fathom on for video recording and transcription but there is no means of doing so. When I am in the non-Fathom meeting and I click on the "Apps" button at the bottom of the page, "Fathom" does not appear. It is a complete mystery to me why Fathom starts sometimes when I start a scheduled meeting, and sometimes does not. So if I can default to it automatically starting in every call, I can turn it off when needed. What's the secret? Why's it hard to find? I don't even know if I'm on the right board.

I use Zoom to connect with long distant grandchildren. We also like to play games using the game room concept of several sites such as, https://buddyboardgames.com/ and https://playingcards.io/ . We play these games in a separate window while in our Zoom session. I believe the structure is similar to Kooht, which Zoom has recently added as an extension but I have not personally tried it. I use the whiteboard to do joint drawing with one my grandsons. We can also play games like Tic Tac Toe and hangman. Incorporating some of the game rooms we currently use in separate windows into Zoom would make it even better. While Zoom is focused on supporting organizations, it is also great for staying connected with grandkids and other long distant friends and family members.

I am trying to share a folder and a document in Zoom docs. I have tried via the Workplace and also via Zoom web access. For the document sharing in Zoom docs: I am able to share the document with some external users but not all. The oddest thing is that I can share with one user from an external org, but not a second user from that same org. There does not appear to be a doc sharing security setting at the document level. e.g. name1(at) domain.name works for sharing, BUT name2(at) domain.name cannot be shared too (why would this be the case with the same external domain?) For the folder sharing in Zoom docs: I am unable to share with external users (e.g. name2 (at) domain.name) even though my Security setting allows for sharing with external users. Anyone else experiencing the same thing? Any recommendations for what my tenant admins should be looking at? Thanks!

最近、PCをdynabookに買い換えました。
zoomの立ち上げ時にカメラをONにしていると、うまく立ち上がらず「バーチャル背景をまだ読み込んでいます」というメッセージが出て画面が固まってしまい、その後「パフォーマンスが悪い状態でシステムが動作しています」というメッセージになります。
他にプログラムをまったく立ち上げていなくても、PC起動直後にzoomを立ち上げようとするとこのメッセージになりますし、2,3のプログラムを立ち上げて、タスクマネージャーでメモリが40%くらいあってもこのようになります。
以前のPCでは5つくらいプログラムを立ち上げても問題なくzoomが使えていたので、何が原因か分からず困っています。
zoom起動時にカメラOFFになるように選択しておくといったんは起動するのですが、カメラをONにすると上記のように固まるという状態です。
タスクマネージャーを見て、何かカメラと相性の悪いプログラムが動いていないかなど調べてみたのですが、分かりませんでした。
zoomをアンインストール→再インストールも何度か試していますが、変わりません。
解決策があれば教えてください。

Hi all - I'm trying to join a recurring meeting that I've been involved with for years. I access zoom via Firefox. As of recently, the email I click to join sends me to a page that asks for a code. The code is sent to my inbox, and I add the code to the page, but after I enter the code, I am returned to the same page asking for a code. Do you have any idea why the codes don't work?

So I did a test record in a meeting to see if it was working, and checked back after transcoding. Went to do the main recording(same meeting), hit record("recording in progress" announced), and discovered after finishing it had not recorded! Did a few tests and googled it. Turns out your second attempt won't be recording! It's a ghost recording.... So now I have to gather everyone back(at my expense and their inconvenience) to re record. Can I suggest a warning or maybe disable this so you can't fall into this trap. Why have the audio "recording in progress" when it clearly ISN'T.... Not cloud subsciption btw. This shouldn't matter.. Feature or Bug? You decide...
