Greetings,
I am the listed "owner" of a Pro Plan account, with two licenses, but the account was setting up by a previous employee (since left the agency).
I have run into several meetings settings that are grayed out with the disclaimer "Locked by Admin" -- as the site owner, I should be able to change these, but I can't find any way to change that lock. More specifically, I tried to turn on file sharing via Chat and that setting is locked.
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you know that you can link accounts to an organization? Account owners and administrators have the capability to link several Zoom accounts to form an organization. Once these accounts are linked, they will have the ability to efficiently search for contacts, engage in chat, and conduct meetings. By linking your accounts as an organization, members will be relieved from the necessity of manually adding contacts from associated accounts to facilitate communication. The requirement for linking accounts to an organization is that Account owner or Admin with the privilege to edit Account Profile settings. Please take a moment to check out this Knowledge Base Article about Linking Accounts to an Organization. It provides detailed information on Creating a New Organization, Managing Linked Accounts as the Owner, and Linking an Existing Organization. By linking your accounts, you can efficiently manage multiple accounts with the convenience of assigning a single administrator, thereby reducing the complexity of having multiple administrators across your various accounts.

HI, for some reason even though we did not change anything the Marketo integration we had with Zoom events stopped working. We're getting this error: [{"code":"10033","message":"token_not_found"}]} We have several hubs and the issue persists on all of them. Zoom event support sent us to look for information on their documentation or goole but there's literally no mentions of this error nowhere and we don't know what causes it and how to fix it. Anyone knows that to do? It's kind of urgent

I just hosted a Zoom in my graduate seminar at UCSB where we didn't record but had Live Transcript enabled. Usually I then save the live transcript but this time I ended the meeting without doing so. Is there any way to retrieve that?
Hi All, hope someone has an idea how to fix this. We have several zoom rooms, two of which keep displaying the following message: Zoom rooms is not configured for this account. you can switch account or exit to configure These rooms are run via Mac Minis. This message is overlayed over the actual zoom room screen, which still works perfectly fine. If i do click exit, and restart zoom rooms, it logs in automatically and everything is fine. Then within the next few days however, the message pops up again. I've tried reinstalling zoom rooms but not sure what else to try Adam

How can I control camera brightness? Are there better quality cameras that have brightness and zoom-in controls? I constantly have over brightness problems.
I'm running online singing lessons using a Macbook Air, and always have original sound for musicians enabled so that my voice doesn't cut out and I can play the piano at the same time. Of late - the last month or so - I find my students are complaining they can't hear me. I'm too quiet. I've tried increasing the microphone input, but it's on its max. The automatic adjustment doesn't work either. Am I missing a new setting somewhere?

We collaborate using a Zoom whiteboard, that has lots of small objects that we use to drag and drop into lists. It never consistently snaps to grid correctly, resulting in a messy looking board. Sometimes it will, but other times no matter how little you try to move them they never align. Anyone know a way to either turn off the snap-to-grid, or to get the objects to align correctly?

Hello - trying to see if this is a capability. We have a student who joins our calls live and has an ASL interpreter join every call. We spotlight the interpreters, but they do not show up in the recording when our instructor is sharing their screen. They don't speak, so they obviously don't show up in speaker view, and they don't show up in gallery view either when I download the replay. Is this a capability in Zoom to be able to see both spotlighted participants when someone is sharing their screen through the replay?

I used to own a meeting Zoom link when I worked in a different part of my organization. It is still being used by people in my old unit and it is old enough that it has dropped off my list of previous meetings. I keep getting notifications whenever my old unit starts using it; is there any way to delete the link so they can't use it any longer?
