I have set the setting Host and Participant Video to be off, in the personal room setting under Meeting Setting. And after that, I checked my setting again, it seems they override my setting and both video for Host and Participant are turn to "on" automatically. Because I may have some new people joining my zoom room via link, and how can I keep them that their video is off when they join my zoom?
However, when someone join my zoom room, especially those join through the invite link, their video were turn on automatically when they join my zoom room.

I notice that the quality of my video records is always bad (not sharp), while when I am in a zoommeeting that is recording, the video is very sharp and totally okay.
How can I fix that?

I have been so thankful for Zoom and helping my students and tutoring them at night from home. However, there seems to be a change in the ZOOM, maybe a weird update, but now I cannot connect with video at all. I cannot see them and they cannot see me and it says we are both in a meeting that apparently no one can see or chat with each other. When I start a meeting the video does not launch. It says I am in a meeting but I cannot talk or see my student and vice versa. Please HELP. I called the support center on the website says they cannot find my profile or account! I have one, been using it since COVID lockdown. Please help.

Hi everyone, We've been using the Zoom for lightning app in Salesforce, and it works well for syncing meetings. However, we encountered an issue when enabling registration required for Zoom meetings—Those zoom meetings are not syncing with Salesforce as an event. is this a limitation?

I cannot find where to implement my quizzes or polls in my meeting that is currently in progress. The AI bot was less than helpful. I have three quizzes created. Please help.
Our ATA Poly 400 is provisioned and registered with Zoom. I connected the ATA's phone port to the door box after provisioning. I press the button on the door box after connecting, but nothing happens. The receptionist should be able to hear it, but it's not. I believe that in order for the receptionist's phone to ring, the ATA must be set up for Ring Down. Could someone please tell me how to set up the Ring feature on the receptionist's phone?

So I only realized recently if as host I type something into the chat box and other participants enter the room AFTER I have typed in the chatbox, that the new participants cannot see it. Is there a way that I can type something into chat and anyone can see if whether they were in the chat room or not WHEN it was typed into the chat board?? I'm leaving simple instructions to follow for those participating and if there's late comers, I don't want to have to re-type or repost those instructions. thanks

Hi, I will be interviewing two people (not a job interview)
about their experiences in a certain subject.
I want to set their video box up as the main
2 video's and my video to be smaller on the bottom.
I want the video boxes of all three of us to stay
the same size throughout the interview.
How do I set this up in Zoom?

I have had the experience many times when someone was screen sharing (say a Youtube video) and dark grey boxes block the picture. I believe one box was the gallery of participants on the side, I have no idea what the other grey box was... how do you get rid of these boxes so that the screen share picture is unimpaired?
