I participated in a meeting where the usual host was not present and so someone else was chairing. The meeting is usually summarised with Ai companion and Meeting Summary function by the usual host. But the stand in did not have the feature enabled on his account. Despite this, I "requested" that they enable meeting summary for this meeting by just clicking the button on my side. This showed it had sent the request, and then the Ai star was visible throughout the meeting as usual. Prior to the end of the meeting, the original host left, and the hosting was handed to me for a further 10 mins. When I asked the stand in host to access the summary that was made (as he was the one who enabled it for the meeting), he said he hadn't enabled the settings for Ai Companion yet, and that when he went into the account section where summaries are stored, he was just greeted with a "this feature is not enabled, speak to admin" or similar message. He has since enabled the feature on his account, but no meeting summary has arrived thereafter. Has this summary now been lost to the ether, or will it be retrospectively distributed to his account for him to be able to share with us later? Or, as I was host for a time as well, should I have access to it? It's also not shown on my account. (update, the actual message he received was "Unable to view this meeting summary. The meeting summary feature has been disabled by your admin.") but I know this is not the case, as we have all been able to enable the feature, so in this case he is the admin for his own account. My question still stands. Now that he has enabled the settings, will the meeting summary be made available or is it gone forever.

Recently a provider send an AI summary of our Zoom session to me and I'm considering the possibility to use it in my services.
My question is:
Or this is not possible 'a posteriori'?
I would love to see the accuracy of the summary checking with previous recordings with clients.

I am an alternative host on a pro account. When I am in a meeting created by the host I am unable to create or access polls. There is no poll option. The account owner has granted me polling permission. Help please.
When engaging Original sound for musicians to allow background sounds, this reverts back to full noise suppression without being requested and this can be a random time before this happens. I am running 6.3.6 which has now included an extra audio option - Live performance audio BETA. This has probably screwed the existing software, especially as this is a BETA version. Why has this not been tested fully, I need background sounds for Funeral Live Streaming so that people can hear music and hymns being sung, not any more!!!

I have a profile picture for my Zoom account which previously showed up when I joined a meeting (before I turned on Video) or when I turned Video off during a meeting. Recently my profile picture stopped appearing when I was signed in with the video off. This has happened in several different meetings. I have a Zoom account, and if I start a meeting my profile picture does appear when I have Video off. How can I fix this? Caroline

Is there a physical pen that I can use to draw in zoom whiteboards, instead of using the trackpad or the mouse?
I have set the setting Host and Participant Video to be off, in the personal room setting under Meeting Setting. And after that, I checked my setting again, it seems they override my setting and both video for Host and Participant are turn to "on" automatically. Because I may have some new people joining my zoom room via link, and how can I keep them that their video is off when they join my zoom?
However, when someone join my zoom room, especially those join through the invite link, their video were turn on automatically when they join my zoom room.

I notice that the quality of my video records is always bad (not sharp), while when I am in a zoommeeting that is recording, the video is very sharp and totally okay.
How can I fix that?

I consider myself experienced with Zoom ... I use it DAILY and usually use MMHMM camera with it... well now I can't get rid of this virtual background to save my life. I have recorded a video showing that there is NO virtual background selected.. I really really need help because I am struggling teaching with it because I can no longer use mmhmm... help! I have been so thankful for Zoom and helping my students and tutoring them at night from home. However, there seems to be a change in the ZOOM, maybe a weird update, but now I cannot connect with video at all. I cannot see them and they cannot see me and it says we are both in a meeting that apparently no one can see or chat with each other. When I start a meeting the video does not launch. It says I am in a meeting but I cannot talk or see my student and vice versa. Please HELP. I called the support center on the website says they cannot find my profile or account! I have one, been using it since COVID lockdown. Please help.
