Workflow automation is a software-driven process that automates tasks through rules or workflows between systems. These can be conditional (if-then scenarios) or sequential (linear order) triggers. Zoom Workflow Automation specifically allows users to create automated workflows across Zoom services and third-party applications, enabling both simple one-step processes and complex dynamic workflows with conditional logic, loops, and delays.

🚀 How common workflows help make your workday more productive:

  1. Meeting Documentation: Automatically create and update docs from AI-generated meeting summaries

  2. Daily Chat Briefings: Get automated summaries of important chat channels

  3. Quick Response System: Set up emoji-triggered automated responses for common questions

  4. Document Approval Process: Streamline approvals using emoji reactions

  5. Information Sharing: Automate the creation and distribution of documents across teams

💡Use Cases:

  • Operational and IT Teams

    • Incident Response Management: Automatically generate tickets and create chat channels when incidents occur

    • Help Desk Automation: Streamline support request handling

    • System Integration: Connect various business apps through webhook triggers

    • Custom Complex Workflows: Build specialized automation sequences for specific operational needs

  • Managers and Team Leads

    • Weekly Check-ins: Automate regular team updates with scheduled messages and forms

    • Meeting Agenda Creation: Use AI to summarize chat discussions for meeting topics

    • Time Off Management: Streamline approval processes for leave requests

    • New Employee Onboarding: Automate team introductions and welcome processes

    • Project Tracking: Maintain automated oversight of team progress and tasks

How do I turn off Center Stage video setting for PC? This is the new video feature that zooms in and out on your face as you move around while your camera is on during a Zoom video meeting.

There's a thread in how to fix this, which is different for Mac and PC users. For PC, it says there's a "Center Stage" video setting you have to uncheck in Zoom Video Settings, however I've looked everywhere and I don't think it exists.

I've reached out to Zoom Support for help and the conclusion with them was that they have a solution for Mac users, but nothing as of now for PC.

Has anyone figured this out yet? I know I'm not the only one here with this frustration...

Hello! I recently began to use zoom to schedule meetings regularly, but I have noticed that when typing in the 'attendee' field to schedule a meeting, there's no option to just choose from my actual contacts list or autofill. Given how often we hold the meetings and the amount of people, it's a bit tedious to copy/paste each individual email address.

Given how common a feature autofilling contacts is, how do I do this on my Zoom account?

I already have contacts saved in my personal contacts list, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

How do I use my polls?

I cannot find where to implement my quizzes or polls in  my meeting that is currently in progress.  The AI bot was less than helpful.  I have three quizzes created.  Please help.

Our ATA Poly 400 is provisioned and registered with Zoom. I connected the ATA's phone port to the door box after provisioning. I press the button on the door box after connecting, but nothing happens. The receptionist should be able to hear it, but it's not. I believe that in order for the receptionist's phone to ring, the ATA must be set up for Ring Down.

Could someone please tell me how to set up the Ring feature on the receptionist's phone?

At the start of February I was forced to do an upgrade and now when no one can hear me, although I can hear them.  Zoom has worked perfectly for me for years and now this forced upgrade has broken it.  I am now on desktop Zoom for Linux (Debian) version 6.3.10.  When I go into Zoom audio settings I can select the microphone and when I speak I can see the blue bar move.  However, there is no "Test mic" button to do a recording.  So, obviously Zoom is picking up my microphone but not sending it on to others or not doing so properly.  Also, the microphone works perfectly in other applications.  For instance, I can record and playback from a terminal or using VLC.
